MASH Brewing Opens New Swan Valley operation, Mash Brewing offers unique beers, complementary cuisine, the style of Subiaco and the ambience of the valley. Mash is located near Oasis Resort, Supagolf and Lasercorps. The brewing system sits directly behind the bar, with lots of gleaming stainless steel. Mash is also home to a new restaurant - ten 250 brasserie. A modern menu ranges from share plates such as tapas or pizzas to more traditional mains, some incorporating beer! Mash produces a line of five beers, all naturally brewed using both local and imported malts, hops and yeast. They include Pale, Haze, Black, Mex and Cream Ale.
