When is the perfect time of year to check out whats hot in the cold, white and fizzy department? We reckon it would have to be now, just before the silly season starts. After all, thats when most of the stuff is sold according to retail stats.

During the month of November, Divine is going to assemble as many expressions of bubbles we can lay our hands on. But not just Australian versions, we are also going to chase wines from France (champagne), Spain (cava), Italy (prosecco or spumante) and perhaps even a few from New Zealand. The one thing they will all have in common (apart from the fact they all have bubbles in them) is that they are all available in Australia. So, if you find a wine that you like, you can stock up for Christmas without having to leave the country.

The tastings will be stand-up and you will be able to taste the wines at your leisure. The wines will be served masked and grouped by country and by price bracket. At the conclusion of the tasting we want you to nominate your favourite wine from each of the categories. The tastings are open to anyone, but prepaid bookings are essential.
