Launched at the Snowy Trade Fair in 2006 Snowy Mountains Cookies, in less than seven weeks, built a loyal customer base of over 53 outlets, received national print and television media coverage and confirmed purchasers from city markets wishing to access regional produce.

Snowy Mountains Cookies specialises in the art of making tasty, hand baked cookies literally bursting with delicious, chunky ingredients with a selection to suit all tastes.

Covering a broad market, the cookies are presented in a variety of forms including, but not limited to, beautifully packaged gift boxes, attractive glass jars filled with taste-size 20 gram cookies, large 80 gram cookies individually wrapped and a small, two-pack of 20 gram cookies, specifically designed for hotel room complimentary inclusions or mini bars.

Reflecting the natural environment and clean healthy air of Australia�s high country, Snowy Mountains Cookies are made without added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. Free-range eggs, sourced from a local regional supplier and the Australian owned and made Willow Chocolates are preferred ingredients. Snowy Mountains Cookies made a point of not using the cheaper compound chocolate buttons, so often seen in commercial cookies. Willow Chocolate offers delicious taste and has also increased the cocoa content and decreased the sugar content of the chocolate resulting in a greater amount of "good" unsaturated fats.
