Try his delicious dinner combo of Crispy Soft Shell Crab and Rice Paper wrapped Foie Gras with Monster Eyeballs, Fried Rice & Vegetables with Cumin Tamarind sauce $238. The Wretched Rice Paper Roll with Seared Herbed Tuna and Mint Leaves ($68) will definitely have diners coming back for more and the Goblin Skin Pomelo Salad with shredded raw beef tenderloin and Vietnamese fresh herbs ($78) is literally, to die for!

Other delectable treats with scary names include The Witches Cauldron of Sliced Wagyu Beef, Vegetables and Noodles served 'Hot Pot' style ($148) and Maggot Cinnamon Rice Pudding with honey ($48).

Kids are in for a scream with their own scrumptious 'Trick or Treat' set menu for $88. Packed with tasty treats like Chicken Skewers with Spider Venom Peanut Sauce (2pcs) and Mummy Brains Fried Rice, this is sure to be one meal that they won't be able to get enough of!

Chef Wijannarongk Kunchit (A-Moh) After apprenticing with Master Chefs in Thailand for over 9 years, Chef A-Moh migrated to Hong Kong in 1998. In 2002 he joined the Chiram Strategic Group as Head Chef of Asian Cuisine, launching the elegant Sukho Thai restaurant & Saigon. In 2007 A-Moh travelled to Hanoi, Vietnam where he worked as an apprentice at the famous Sofitel Metropole Hotel and upon his return launched "Saigon at Stanley" at the Murray House in Stanley with great success.
