Dialogue Agency has represented the Parma Ham and Parmigiano Reggiano Consortia for 20 years, looking after the interests of 500 artisan producers in Italy. Parma Ham and Parmigiano Reggiano were among the first EU products to be awarded Protected Designation of Origin status in 1996. They have shared values of authenticity, traceability, high quality and provenance. Dialogue Agency aims to raise awareness of these values through work with the food media and trade, established chefs, restaurants, catering and retail channels.

Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma - 2013: 50 Years of the Parma Crown
The Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma is the association of Parma Ham producers. Established in 1963, it now has around 150 producers. The Dialogue Agency has been marketing Parma Ham in the UK since 1991 and is the Consortium's first and only consultancy. Our focus is on increasing demand for Parma Ham while maintaining the excellence of its reputation as a high quality Italian product with a long tradition. 2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the Parma Ham Consortium. In celebration of this, Dialogue Agency organised a tasting event at Borough Market on 18th April, the date the Consortium was first founded.
Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano
The Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano is the association of Parmigiano Reggiano producers and is responsible for protecting Parmigiano Reggiano, one of the world's oldest and richest cheeses. The history of this King of Cheeses dates back to at least 1200AD and today, Parmigiano Reggiano is still handmade by small artisan dairies with the same care and dedication that was shown 800 years ago. The Dialogue Agency has been marketing Parmigiano Reggiano in the UK since 1991- their first and only consultancy.
