New to Mostell Seafood is our MSC approved Breaded and Battered Coated Fish, an exceptional range of coated Cod, Haddock and Alaskan Pollock sourced from Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) approved fisheries.
The prime skinless and boneless whitefish fillets have been MSC accredited, are sustainably sourced and can be cooked three ways, simply by oven baking, grilling or shallow/deep frying. Coated in rustic breadcrumbs and a light crispy batter, the fish are packed in familiar food service friendly sizes by the Ocean Catch Brand, a name associated with exceptional freshly frozen food.
The Marine Stewardship Council is a leading non for profit organisation which supports and champions sustainable seafood. Mostell Seafood is a proud supporter of the Council and we are delighted to launch this MSC only foodservice range to encompass Atlantic Cod and Haddock and Alaskan Pollock all caught and processed in MSC certified waters and production facilities.
