To celebrate its 10th anniversary, KEE Club, Hong Kong's premier private members club, will be inviting guests and friends to enjoy some of the best wines and Champagne vintages from over the past three decades. Over the course of the next three months, vine-loving enthusiasts will have the chance to sit for special pairing dinners, meet respected connoisseurs and order exceptional brands.

Bordeaux Direct - A Special Pairing Dinner
KEE Chef Daniel Salchegger will prepare a tantalizing pairing dinner to welcome Château d'Issan proprietor Emmanuel Cruse and Château Lagrange director Bruno Eynard -- both traveling to KEE from Bordeaux to present their wines during an extraordinary meet-and-greet.
Cruse and Eynard are overseeing centuries-old estates in Margaux and Saint-Julien, respectively, and have garnered acclaim for their praise-worthy vintages and dedication to the craft.
Wines to be served at 'Bordeaux Direct' include a 1988 Château d'Issan, a 1988 Château Lagrange, a 1999 Château d'Issan, a 2000 Fiefs de Lagrange, and a 2003 Château d'Issan.
Chef Salchegger joined KEE Hong Kong this year and has been delighting ebullient epicureans with classic, lush fare. For the pairing dinner, Salchegger will prepare a number of delectable dishes such as Beef Tartar with Brown Butter Emulsion, Tomato Relish and Mustard Pearls; Foie Gras rolled in Avacado and Mushroom & Raspberries with Almonds; and Pigeon Breast on Mushroom Dumpling and Port Wine Jus.
Feminine & Vine - A Night for Women & Wine
Master of Wine Debra Meiburg has selected several sophisticated wines and Champagne for a women-only sip-and-savour.
Meiburg, a well-known wine journalist, judge and educator, will serve a 1990 Pommard, Clos des Epeneaux, Comte Armand, a 1992 Château d'Issan, Margaux, a 1995 Champagne Dom Pérignon, a 1999 Château Grillet, and a 2001 Château Doisy Daene, Barsac.
Complimenting the elegance of the drinks will be a special tasting menu comprised of Scallops Tartar Served with Fine Beluga Caviar and Creamy Avocado; Lobster and Langoustine "Pot au Feu" with Agnolotti, Kaffir Leaves and Saffron; Veal Tenderloin coated with Parmesan on Foie Gras Risotto and Black Truffle; 400-day Grain-fed Beef Tenderloin, Escargot Ravioli with Goat Cheese Gratin and Fava Beans; and, last but not least, a special dessert to tantalize the tastebuds.
Tonight Bacchus Blushes . . . An Oenophile's Dream
A small group of member-connoisseurs will have the chance to taste the finest and rarest vintages from the past 35 years. Proposed wines: a 1982 Taittinger to open the palate, followed by a 1975 Lafite, a 1976 Haut-Brion, a 1981 Margaux, a 1988 Domaine Ramonet Bâtard-Montrachet, a 1989 Latour, a 1990 Mouton Rothschild, and, to close out a perfect evening, a 1976 Château Gilette Crème de Tête. Definitely a night to remember.
Joy and Champagne
Throughout the celebrations, KEE will also offer guests an extraordinary selection of Champagne for purchase, including selected vintage bottles of Dom Pérignon, Krug, Dom Ruinart and Veuve Clicquot.
Singular bottles include: a 1985 Dom Ruinart, a 1990 & 1995 Dom Pérignon Oenothèque, a 1988 Krug Vintage, a 1990 Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, and a 1992 Krug Cuvée Mesnil.
Prestigious Magnums will also be on hand for guests wishing to raise a glass high. Those Magnums will include a 1988 Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, a 1990 & 1992 Dom Pérignon Rosé, and a 1988 & 1990 Dom Pérignon Brut.
