Evans & Tate is proud to announce the launch of its new Cellar Door and wine tasting facility in Margaret River, Western Australia.

Integral to the new tasting facility is the stylish and formal �Reserve Room� named to pay tribute to the new collection of premium wines from Evans & Tate, �The Reserve�.

The Reserve Room is an innovative concept aimed at educating consumers on the finer details of wine appreciation. Visitors participating in the Reserve Room Wine Session will experience a wine tasting exactly like those conducted with professionals in the trade.

The premium Evans & Tate wines will be tasted in crystal stemware specifically used for formal wine tasting and the sessions will be conducted by trained winemakers who are able to answer even the toughest of vinous questions.

The Reserve Room Wine tasting is designed to be intimate and informative and is the only formal tastings of its kind in the Margaret River region.

Visitors can also opt for the wines to be matched with �tastes� of the finest local produce, indulge in wines by the glass or request wine flights of museum stock or a certain variety. And all this while relaxing in the comfort of the leather lounges or on the outside decking while taking in the spectacular Margaret River scenery.

The area surrounding the Visitor�s Centre and new Cellar Door has been landscaped with the addition of a native Australian flora garden to complement the Centre�s modern and ecological style of architecture.

Reserve Room Wine Session facilitator and qualified winemaker, Kate Wood says; �We are really excited about offering an informative and unique experience in an environment that stimulates the senses in the same way our new and exceptional premium Evans & Tate wines do.�

The Evans & Tate Reserve Room Wine Sessions are restricted to 12 guests and involve a half hour tutorial from a qualified winemaker. Prices start at $10 per person for the wine only sessions and $20 for the wine and food sessions.

The Evans & Tate Cellar Door and Reserve Room is open to the public from 10:30am to 4:30pm seven days a week (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday).
