New at the Autumn Fair this year, Fosseway Trading, the company which brought the six time industry award winning Garlic Twist to the UK, is launching its latest innovative cookware gadget, the WonderPour.

 

Ideal for those who want to be both healthy and tidy, WonderPour is a patented clip on strainer spout that easily attaches to mixing and serving bowls and all type of pans giving mess-free, precision pouring and straining.  It is ideal for straining a wide variety of liquids and sauces and will ensure that the fat is drained away before it reaches your plate.

 

WonderPour also makes a handy spoon rest and is made from food grade silicone, which will withstand cooking temperatures of up to 450°F.  It is easy to use and diverse, ideal for using in a wide variety of cooking and baking.

 

Fosseway Trading has made its name in the industry by launching the innovative Garlic Twist.  Designed to replace the problematic garlic press, Garlic Twist has a set of cross-cutting mincing teeth, which allow garlic cloves to be minced to perfection. It creates no waste and is very easy to clean after use.  It comes in white, purple or green polycarbonate.

 

Also available is the Garlic Peeler, which is the simplest way to quickly and easily peel a garlic clove, without creating any mess. The individual cloves go into the silicone tube and then rolled backwards and forwards to easily peel away the skin of the garlic, which is then ready for the Garlic Twist.
