Free from food brand Feel Free For Gluten Free is adding another three products to its frozen range from this month.

The new breaded fish range is made from 100% fish fillet and coated in a crispy maize crumb.

There are three products in the new frozen fish range, each free from the allergens gluten, wheat, dairy, egg and soya.

Cod fillets and hake fillets are each available in packs of two fillets, ready to be baked not fried for a quick and healthy mealtime option.

And nuggets made from Alaskan pollock fillets are set to be a popular teatime treat for children with food allergies and intolerances.

Sally Allister, Managing Director of Feel Free For Gluten Free who has coeliac disease herself, said:

“We spotted a gap in the market for good quality, breaded fish products and were keen to develop a product range free from a number of allergens. In particular we noticed there wasn't much choice for parents searching for frozen fish products for children with multiple food allergies and intolerances.

“We developed our own recipe for a maize coating that provides a great texture to our fish. It's free from four of the 14 food allergens: cereals containing gluten, egg, milk and soya.

“Above all in developing our fish range, we were keen to make a quality product using 100% fish fillets. Free from diners and parents of children on special diets can be confident that our range provides a good quality, healthy option as well as one that is safe to eat.”

Feel Free For Gluten Free's fish fillets and nuggets are convenient meal options that are quick and easy to take out of the freezer and prepare. Recommended to be baked and not fried, they are healthy too.

The three new fish products will be available to order from Thursday 26 February 2015 from the Feel Free For Gluten Free website www.feelfreefoods.co.uk. Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses.

The fish fillets are priced at £3.99 for a pack of two, while the fish nuggets are £2.49 for a pack of nine.
