This December, Collins Kitchen will serve a festive buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Diners can create their ultimate pre-Christmas feast from an amazing array of dishes from the restaurant's different dining concepts - Sushi, Deli, Grill, Wok and Patisserie.

Friday, 2 December to Friday, 23 December 2011.

The chefs at Grand Hyatt Melbourne have designed the perfect Christmas menu featuring a spectacular selection of dishes served from the open kitchen for the ultimate festive indulgence.  Celebrate with classic favourites and Collins Kitchen specialties served from the open kitchen, buffet-style, for diners to enjoy at their leisure.

Guests can tailor the perfect Christmas Day menu from a delicious array of options that includes King Prawns, Scallops, Hand-Shucked Oysters, Whole Roast Turkey Breast, Smoked Maple-Glazed Ham, Lamb Cutlets and Steamed Lobster, to name just a few!  No Christmas would be complete without the traditional Christmas Pudding and our Patisserie will be serving this delight alongside Gingerbread Crème Brûlée, Mont Blanc, Milk and Dark Chocolate Layered Mousse and Mascarpone Crunch, plus many more decadent desserts.

Christmas Day Lunch: 12:00 noon to 3:30pm
