540g McCain Winter Herb Wedges 400g sausages 125g smoked bacon, chopped Olive oil, for frying 1 large onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 400g can of chopped tomatoes 2 tsp dried mixed herbs 1 tbsp French mustard 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 x 400g cans of mixed beans, such as kidney, cannellini and black beans
1. Heat over to 220C/fan 200C/gas mark 7. Spread the McCain Winter Herb Wedges evenly in a single layer on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 18 mins, turning them every now and again until golden. 2. Fry the sausages and bacon in olive oils for 8 � 10 mins until the sausages brown. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a further 5 mins. Stir in the tomatoes, herbs, mustard and puree. Bring to a simmer and add beans. Cover and simmer for 10 mins. 3. Season the bangers and beans with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve with the crisp, golden McCain Winter Herb Wedges.
