Showcasing a menu that stays with the Nick's philosophy of simplicity and quality of product, Cyren Restaurant presents not only high quality seafood, but also a wide array of carefully sourced red and white meats. From seafood platters through giant ribs to unique seafood such as Moreton Bay bugs and scampi, Cyren Restaurant will no doubt be Sydney's landmark for years to come.

In taking over the property from the previous owners, Cyren Restaurant is committed to a major renovation next year that will see the property close down from March. The restaurant will have a fresh new look that will bring a completely new aspect to waterfront dining and the Sydney's restaurant scene. The restaurateur Nick Manettas will be working with well-known restaurant designers to ensure the property will complement the area and add a unique brilliance and flair to an already spectacular location.

Cyren Restaurant brings history back into Sydney, with the revival of restaurateur Nick Manettas'  "The Cyren" back in the 1970's. In those days, The Cyren was located on Broadway and although being a difficult location to access, would commonly be seen with queues of people out the front. In bringing Cyren Restaurant to the water's edge in Darling Harbour, there is no doubt it will once again become a Sydney showpiece. It is an exciting new venture, and one that will not only compliment but give a new aspect to dining in Darling Harbour.
