Celebrate Harlan�s 3rd Anniversary with the �Best of the Best� Menu

To celebrate three successful years as one of Hong Kong�s best loved and most exclusive restaurants, Harlan�s is pulling out all the stops in September and offering a �Best of the Best� celebration menu.

The menu, including a complimentary glass of Champagne to set the mood for the evening, includes a selection of the most beautiful and decedent dishes available at Harlan�s and has been designed by Mr Harlan G himself to welcome guests into the celebrations.

Using only the very best ingredients available, this menu showcases the signature style that has made Harlan�s such a success since it opened its doors in September 2004.

The Harlan�s 3rd Anniversary Celebration Menu includes the following dishes:

The Harlan�s 3rd Anniversary Celebration Menu is priced at HK$680.00 +10% tax per person and is available between September 1st and September 30th 2007.

Harlan�s was Harlan Goldstein�s first independent venture and holds a prime location in the middle of Hong Kong�s business and shopping district, The ifc Mall, with stunning views over Victoria Harbour towards Kowloon. Since opening its doors on September 27th 2004, Harlan G�s flagship restaurant has become a favorite with local and international visitors who come back time and time again to experience the warm, friendly service, relaxed ambiance and contemporary western inspired cuisine utilizing top European ingredients.

About Harlan G

New Yorker Harlan G was formerly executive chef at the exclusive Aberdeen Marina Club, where the dining room was ultimately named after him. His career in the United States, Europe and Asia has included experience at several Michelin starred restaurants.

His original, flagship restaurant is Harlan�s at ifc, Central. He subsequently opened Tuscany by H in Lan Kwai Fong, serving traditional Italian cuisine in a Tuscan farmhouse setting, and the exclusive private dining room Private H, with a clientele of A-list invitees only.

The Harlan brand�s most ambitious project to date is the three-venue concept at ifc incorporating H one, G Bar and The Box.
