Richard Corrigan�s Bentley�s, one of London�s premier seafood restaurants since 1916, currently serves around 1,000 oysters every single day at its marble-topped bar on the borders of Soho and Mayfair. Guests can sit at the bar to watch the oyster shuckers at work, or relax in cosy red leather banquettes. Bar dining is perfect for the party season, but has year-round appeal for those looking for a quick bite, or just a more relaxed setting for meal. Set in a beautifully restored Victorian building, Bentley�s is perfect for grazing and catching up with friends, dropping in before or after a show, or a romantic evening.
Several kinds of oysters are on offer, as well as a classic shellfish platter, perfect with a bottle of vintage Champagne, Prosecco, or even our own home-grown English bubbles. Contemporary menu highlights include Stuffed Baby Squid with Chorizo and Feta, or for something more substantial, diners could choose Bentley�s Fish Pie perhaps matched with an Irish Stout beer. A superb range of desserts, cocktails and after dinner drinks such as brandies and whiskies are also available. To add the finishing touch, four nights a week (Wednesday to Saturday, 8pm-midnight), the Oyster Bar now features live piano and jazz music from some of the UK�s top jazz artists
