The Sake Sommelier Association will be holding the Certified Sake Sommelier Course on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd February 2010, at the WSET tasting rooms in The International Wine and Spirit Centre. The course will be priced at �230 per person.

The cource Certified Sake Sommelier is the first professional sake sommelier qualification in the UK. It is a two-day course for anyone who wants to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Sak�.

Students who pass the exam will become Certified Sake Sommeliers, and receive the Sake Sommelier Certificate and Pin for their achievement.
