Get ready for some eye-popping tricks and mouth-watering treats. At the Bayside Brasserie, the expert chefs have created a Spooktacular Halloween Menu featuring a cauldron of hair-raising delights. The new dishes are a selection of delicious international fare with shock value names - inducing a wicked Halloween spirit. However, don�t let ingredients such as Satanic Spiced Prawns or Green Gremlin Skin trick you, these are undeniably delectable treats.
To start off your spooky meal, try appetizers including Bloody Beetroot Salad (fire roasted beetroot with chunks of fetta tossed with mixed leaves and sherry vinaigrette, $88) or Terrified Tandoori Prawns (Satanic spiced prawns cooked over charcoal with tomato salad and green goblin sauce, $138).
Mysterious and creepy mains include �Penang� Duck Curry with Eye-Balls (cauldron cooked duck with slimy red sauce, vicious vegetables and steamed maggot rice $118) and Psychotic Seafood Risotto (possessed prawns, vicious vongole and frightened fish pieces in witches brewed broth, green gremlin skin and puked parmesan cheese $168).
For vampires, witches and other devilish creatures with a sweet tooth, there is the Stanley Market Monsters of vanilla panacotta with blood stewed fruits and chocolate spider webs ($58) and Potent Pumpkin Cheese Cake ($58).
As Halloween is especially fun for kids, Bayside Brasserie has also devised a devilish 2-Course Kids Halloween Menu that will surely entice your little monster, with mains including Chicken Spaghetti Worms of creepy shredded chicken breast with creamy tomato sauce and spaghetti worms ($88) and Beheaded Beef Burger and Chips with killer ketchup sauce ($98). The dessert is Black Death Brownie.
