Boston, Mass. - Au Bon Pain, known as a popular breakfast and lunch destination in urban markets, airports, hospitals, malls, and college campuses, will open a new suburban prototype in Woburn, Mass. on August 10. The company seeks to serve an active customer base with diverse dining needs throughout the day: high-quality breakfast and lunch meals; family dinners; and an all day caf gathering place.
Named The Bistro by Au Bon Pain, the 5000 square-foot Woburn restaurant will feature a broader menu, beyond the ordinary hospitality, and a warmer, more comfortable interior design. We want to be a favorite local restaurant, said Au Bon Pain President/CEO Sue Morelli. Consumers know us as a quick bite-on-the-run location. Our new Bistro concept slows down the pace, to serve people all day long, not just at breakfast and lunch. This newly designed, warm and inviting environment should encourage people to have a long lunch, check their email using our free Wifi while they enjoy an espresso drink, or bring the family in for a sit down dinner.
Guests have always come to Au Bon Pain for their freshly brewed coffee, bagels, muffins and pastries in the morning. At lunch theyve enjoyed an abundant selection of extraordinary soups and freshly made sandwiches and salads served quickly.
The Bistro will also offer:
