A high end restaurant by the name of Ambrosia which stands for authentic, dishes and has its roots from the ancient Greek mythology has arrived at Tsim Sha Tsui's iSquare in early 2010.

Romantic Ambience

Ambrosia Oyster Bar & Grill is the first restaurant opened in Hong Kong by Ambrosia Cuisines Group. Everyone stepping out of the elevator on iSquare's 28th floor will be greeted with a sense of exquisite yet warmly romantic dining atmosphere. A marble corridor with a display of a wide selection of Grand Cru French wine leads up to the crystal ornament at the end of the corridor; setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience at Ambrosia.

The oyster bar runs an oceanic-skyline to the left of the grand foyer, carries an extensive selection of fresh oysters. Equally eye-catching is the 270 degree-window that offers a panoramic view of the bustling city: spanning from Hong Kong island, to Kowloon east on the left and West Kowloon to the right.  The white grand piano in the centre of the restaurant gives a romantic touch to the night scenery. Guests can sink into the extravagant laser show that flashes across Hong Kong's famous skyline and enjoy the live music performance by our pianist on the snowy white grand piano.

Two VIP rooms are available. The grand VIP room can comfortably accommodate 20 guests, with a small wine vault carrying selected bottles of wine and two big couches for guests to enjoy their aperitifs; the small VIP room can accommodate 10 guests.  Ambrosia is a perfect choice for private parties.

The Executive Chef of Ambrosia has over twenty years work experience at various Five-star hotels and renowned restaurants, he blends the traditional cooking style with innovative ideas. He is definitely not shy of bringing new elements to his menus.

Ambrosia also sources the most seasonal oysters from all over the world including France, Australia USA and Japan. The impressive list of fine wines and Champagnes from leading vineyards are also available for pairing with the superb tastes of our dishes. Our expert sommeliers are always at your disposal to make recommendation for the perfect wine pairings.
