With an average working week of 60 hours, many a teacher can't get by without their morning cuppa, so why not thank them for their hard work with a brew they can enjoy when celebrating the start of the summer holidays?
British brand NOVELTEA have created the world's first alcoholic teas, infusing popular premium tea blends with a complimenting spirit for a completely new way for tea-loving teachers to experience their favourite beverage.
The alcoholic teas come in three different flavours:
- The Tale of Tangier is an infusion of Moroccan green mint tea with spearmint, dried lemongrass, dried apple, blackberry leaves and Caribbean white rum
- The Tale of Earl Grey is an infusion of black Earl Grey tea with British gin and botanicals.
- The Tale of Oolong is an infusion of Chinese Oolong Tea with Scotch Whisky
All varieties cost under £10 for a 25cl bottle and under £25 for a large 70cl bottle
Their teas are made using real loose-leaf tea which is cold-brewed for 10 hours to remove bitter tannins and draw out the distinctive flavour and natural sweetness for a smoother finish. The tea is then paired with a popular spirit.
The perfect way to say cheers to teacher this end of term.
