Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

Accor

In the heart of Paris, surrounded by the highly elegant Faubourg Saint-Honoré, experience a fashion show atmosphere while you discover this new collection of experiences. You will be charmed by the signature of the designer Didier Gomez and his eclectic vision of the Parisian style.

The hotel perfectly reflects the city of Paris, capital of elegance, thanks to its position in Saint-Honoré district, nestled among high fashion houses and fine jewelry workshops and boutiques.

Located a few steps away from the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries Gardens, the mythical Champs Elysées and the Grand Palais Galeries, it is an ideal base for experiencing the best of Parisian art and culture.

Fashion experience in the heart of Paris

Enhancing the architecture of this 18th-century private mansion, subtle interior design combines a host of inspirations, while furniture and fabrics display a sumptuous range of materials and patterns. Pilasters and moldings gleam in dazzling white or are adorned in hues of gold and gray.

Louis XV armchairs sit next to minimalist tables. Abstract geometric Art motifs reveal the classicism of the typically Parisian columned foyer. A unique blend of harmonies and contrasts that is sure to captivate.

Corridor walls are like a gallery of prints depicting fashion muses – a celebration of femininity. Their beauty is immortalized by some of the world's most famous photographers: Horst P. Horst, Chaloner Woods, Irving Penn. This inspiring fashion portfolio reminds us that history's greatest fashion houses are just around the corner. And it pays homage to the illustrious history of this exclusive address, home to Marie-Claire in the '90s.

Entrance and glass roofed lobby

Didier Gomez has marvellously succeeded in breathing new life into the lobby which has become a dynamic space in its own right, alive with the comings and goings of guests who also use it as a place to meet up and in which to relax.

The grey stone walls light up with gold leaves, which brings added modernity and warmth. All eyes are immediately drawn to the superb mirrors, or the 70's style audacious chandelier. In the middle of the lobby, the floor gives the illusion of reflecting a painted ceiling thanks to the rug printed with inversed charcoal sketches of figures.

The choice of furnishings conveys a harmonious confrontation between the 18th and 21st centuries, in a gradation of white, beige, grey, black and gold. The classicism which traditionally defines the Parisian palaces and fashion houses has been refreshed to create a new, unique and strong identity and to place the hotel firmly in the present day.

The guestrooms

In the 147 guestrooms, the intimate, soft and crystalline atmosphere designed by Didier Gomez reflects the spirit of Parisian luxury.

The light bathes the clear toned rooms and plays sensually on the precious velvets and the satins of the bedspreads. Mouldings, pendants and Louis XV style armchair, the charm of the Parisian 18th century harmonizes audaciously with the design and with the asserted modernity of the furniture. Didier Gomez signed highly stylish rooms, expression of today elegance.

Slightly old-looking mirrors reflect the brilliant ball dresses photographed by Cecil Beaton for Vogue. The light plays on pendants and precious materials. An attractive case of studded raw leather hides the dressing and invites you in the fitting of your most beautiful outfit.

The intimate, soft and crystalline atmosphere created by Didier Gomez is the image of the spirit of the Parisian luxury.

Sofitel conceived a unique concept so that the hotel guests could live a new night experience.

MyBed consists of a mattress, a feather over-mattress, a duvet and pillows in order to slide into the heart of a nest, amongst its down and feathers.

The suites

At the heart of the celebrated Faubourg Saint-Honoré amidst the most emblematic labels from the world of Haute Couture, the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg has always had a vibrant feel for fashion. It strongly inspired renowned interior designer Didier Gomez who imagined the new collection of Suites of the hotel.

Considering that every creative act must sit naturally within an environment, the famous designer here has imagined creations that pay tribute to fashion. This approach consolidates the legitimate connection between the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, fashion and its signature neighborhood.

Didier Gomez pays the utmost attention to decorative materials and objects, and masters the use of space. He has created unique, welcoming areas that reveal the true identity of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg Hotel.

The spirit of the 21 suites recreates the harmony and elegance of the salons in the leading couture houses through the choice of materials, furniture and colors. Ivory, gray and black form the dominant tones that enhance gold, crystal and amethyst. The decorative option preferred by Didier Gomez lies with a subtle balance between the 18th century and the present day. While cornices, pilasters, armchairs and mirrors evoke the Century of Light, the modern contrast resides with the contemporary design of carpeting, certain decorative objects and more particularly the organization of the actual space, with a “wellness” room opening onto the bedroom.

36 suites embody the theme of a Parisian apartment in a wide range of six categories, from the Junior to the penthouse opening on the roofs of Paris.

A new chic and charm offensive which meets the emerging demand of today's travelers, who demand comfort, beauty of material and masterly use of space. Each detail works to provide a moment of life steeped in refinement.

Prestige and Faubourg suites

Welcome in a real private apartment of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré. A splendid perspective gives a glimpse of the lounge, the bedroom, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The shades of gold, bronze and brilliant chrome yellow, the wide range of silky fabrics, the richness of patterns warm the clear and bright atmosphere. Design, art and fashion conjugate in an elegantly classic and resolutely contemporary luxury.

The Faubourg Suite adds a second room to the magnificent Prestige Suite. This luxurious private apartment will allow you to live, in family, the Faubourg Saint-Honoré' spirit of luxury .

The 'Couture' apartment

The Couture Apartment recreates the harmony and quiet of a luxurious Parisian interior. The vast drawing room, with a study area and dining room, exudes an atmosphere of elegance and serenity brought about by the gentle variety of beige and ivory shades.

The bedroom opens onto an exceptional bathroom decorated with black and white mosaic tiles and offering a hammam shower and a balneotherapeutic bath. Elegance is combined with hi-tech equipment. A central control system which makes it possible to control the lighting and curtains.

A stone's throw away from the great Fashion Houses lies 100m² of refinement...

Three adjacent bedrooms mean the entire floor is privatized, intimate and sheltered.

The meticulous care taken in the choice of detail adds to the Apartment's resolutely haute couture atmosphere and spirit. The lights are inspired by couture dresses and evoke movement and the lightness of a silhouette. Satin and velvet bear witness to the nobleness of material, an integral part of the art of couture.

In the bedroom, the chestnut satin bedhead is framed by golden panels which represent the sun and the moon. The geometric patterns on the floor give off a distinctly designer feel. On the walls, the timeless and contemporary fashion photographs enhance the universe of couture, transporting the traveler to an almost dreamlike universe.

Le Faubourg, by Yannick Alléno

Yannick Alléno signs the whole catering concept of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg and plays with the fashion spirit of the place. STAY…in the footsteps of Yannick Alléno

Created by Parisian chef Yannick Alléno, STAY Paris le Faubourg is an authentic urban restaurant, inspired by his travels, a place for a demanding clientele curious for new adventures and gourmet destinations. This surprising story, an allegory of escape, is directed to the rhythm of Yannick Alléno's daring creativity.

STAY proposes a menu freed of all borders with generous, cutting edge and perfectly controlled French cuisine, as well as dishes inspired by the chef's travels: “Café Faubourg” beef fillet and matchstick fries; red chicken curry with cardamom rice; or monkfish cheek tagine. Dishes that are both privileged journeys and invitations to discover Paris. With STAY, Yannick Alléno wanted to move away from the conventions of gastronomic restaurants by creating modern, comforting food. The suggested dishes are creative interpretations of his elegant and subtle cuisine, and a hymn to escape.

STAY Faubourg Yannick Alléno

The two STAY trademarks, the communal table and the Pastry Library work together in gracious, delicate and gourmet-accented harmony.

The communal table welcomes adventurous groups who wish to share a warm and convivial moment. Seating six to eight people, it allows guests to discuss freely around tailor-made dishes. A menu is suggested for the entire table accompanied by exceptional wines, offered uniquely in magnums.

The Pastry Library

STAY is also about indulgence and pleasure thanks to the innovative Pastry Library that will delight guests. Magnificent, specially designed windows dominate the restaurant, in which each guest can choose their guilty pleasure. Open onto the restaurant, the Pastry Library is a showcase for the head pastry chef's best-kept secrets. Like a perfect hazelnut-flavored gavotte or banana croustillant with candied dates, and strong coffee. And each guest can take part in creating their dessert by selecting the final ingredient.

STAY is not a long-distance affair, but a gourmet voyage for daring nomads, vagabonds and explorers, daring and hungry for travel. After Dubai, Taipei and Beijing, STAY Paris is opening its doors in the heart of the capital's haute couture district. An audacious story of daily emotion.

The Bar du Faubourg

Perfect elegance of black and white enhanced by warm browns and brilliant gold, graphic patterns inspired by Op Art, fashion photos where the 60's models move to fatal and futuristic figures, or exquisite boudoirs style sofas reminding the 18th century lounges of when this place was a mansion... Evoking a Macassar ebony jewelry box, this warm lounge rustling of discussions and confidences abounds in references to the Parisian spirit and to its creativity. Enjoy a glass of champagne beside the actors of the last trends of the capital.

Created by Yannick Alléno, the elegant "Fil à fil“ menu guides the guests throughout the day, from the lunchtime to the tea-time and up to the after-work rendez-vous.

Cocktails “couturiers”

Gabrielle, Yves, Jean-Paul or Cristóbal … As an ode to the famous Haute Couture designers, these cocktails celebrate the image and the history of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré area.

Beside the actors of the last Parisian trends, the guests enjoy … Elsa evoking Elsa Schiaparelli's schoking pink … Christian, a champagne cocktail with floral notes, as delicate as an organza corolla skirt by Dior … Gabrielle, as a white tweed decorated with a black ribbon … Yves where the Moroccan flavor of spicy mandarin evokes an oriental satin decorated with mauve sequins … Jeanne with the Jeanne Lanvin' symbolic blue color enhanced with golden brocade … or Jean-Paul, a black and red cocktail daring the salt and the pepper, audacious as a Gaultier's devoured velvet.

Les cocktails des couturiers are also proposed with matched « dip'in » created by Yannick Alléno.

Un séjour griffé Yannick Alléno

Breakfast, tearoom, room-service, bar, banquets or STAY restaurant … each one celebrates the world of fashion.

The breakfast reminds a fashion boutique and offers several style inspirations, from the glamour to the sportswear one; the tearoom is inspired by a couture workshop; banquets propose inspired custom-made menus.

The in room welcome and the turndown amenities are the ultimate achievement of a beautiful stay.

The citrus fruit cake pin holders pays tribute to sewing art.

The crystallized sugar flowers punctuate the stay as silk flowers on a hat or a wedding dress.
