June is the month for Venison at Alchemy Restaurant and Bar in Brisbane. On the 30th June, the exquisite venue will be offering a delicious five course degustation menu including wine for AUD$130 per person to celebrate this month�s fresh produce - Venison. During the evening, Head Chef, Brad Jolly, will delight customers with his story about his hunting expedition to creating the various venison dishes served on the menu.

Brad Jolly has ensured that the degustation dinner is mouthwatering and memorable. The menu will consist of:

Port Douglas Kumomoto Oyster�s with wrapped in Carpaccio of Venison

*** Seared Scallops with Sherry Vinegar Jelly and Sweet Venison Consomm�

*** Venison Bresaola with Blue Cheese Foam , Roasted Hazelnuts and Sweet and Sour Glaze

*** Braised Venison with Caramelized Onion and Marjoram, Pear Sausage, Celeriac Puree and Herb Vinaigrette

*** Carmel Coconut Panna Cotta

AUD$130 per person including wines from Channon Wines QLD As Brad Jolly states �Our restaurant has always focused its attention on quality local produce for a quality menu. Our �Monthly Market Menu� reflects this philosophy and is a fun way to put fresh, seasonal food on diners plates which is not too far from the sea or the paddock.� For the �Monthly Market Menu� in July, Brad Jolly will feature the Sea.
