It's run by a small dedicated passionate team, some of whom have up to 40 years experience and whose wealth of product knowledge is second to none.

You will spend the morning at Jarvis Fishmongers and experience what life is like in one of London's busiest and most established fishmongers. See the smoking process of the fresh fish caught on that same morning and learn how to clean and prepare the fish before cooking.
