Carousel is conferred "Best Buffet Restaurant" at SPH AsiaOne People's Choice Awards 2011/12, topping the list for the third consecutive year. The awards ceremony, organised by AsiaOne, Singapore Press Holdings' leading news and lifestyle website, recognises the best brands and products both in Singapore and the region, based entirely on the popularity votes cast.

The People's Choice Award validates Carousel's recipe of success which lies in raising food and service standards in response to guests' suggestions and hotel associates' recommendations.

Carousel changes its menu bimonthly to keep the dining experience refreshing for guests. The award-winning culinary team, led by Chef Abraham Tan, continues to reinvent the buffet dining experience by introducing various food promotions such as Japanese, Spanish and Avant-garde food promotions so guests can look forward to more culinary treats.
