For a taste of the exotic this New Year�s Eve, why not transport yourself to the lush jungles of Thailand at the Blue Elephant and experience the charm of Old Bangkok in the Blue Bar? A sumptuous 5-course menu including a glass of Champagne at midnight will be available at �75 per person. Traditional Thai entertainment and music and dancing will ensure that a memorable experience is had by all.

Dishes on the menu include: Fresh Oysters Swimming in a Sea of Traditional Thai Condiments with a spicy Chilli & Lime Dressing; A Unique Banana Flower and Chicken Cake with a hint o Red Curry Paste and Kaffir Lime Leaves served with a Sweet Tamarind and Crushed Peanut Sauce; Wild Boar Curry with Freshly Pounded Green Herbs, Coconut, Green Peppercorns and Thai Aubergines; Skate Fish Wrapped in a Banana Leaf and Steamed in Coconut Milk Flavoured with Lemongrass and Galangal; and a Pineapple Shell filled with Baked Jasmine Rice with Pineapple, shrimps, Crab, Turkey Ham and Curry Powder.

A full vegetarian menu will also be available. Any special requests you may have are welcome, including from those who are not too fond of spicy food!
