Restaurateur Bill Drakopoulos who holds an excellent cellar at Aqua has hand chosen with his sommelier a stunning match of available wines to highlight his chef's light hearted, well proportioned dishes.
Prices range from $39 for either three 50ml glasses of white or red wine and three delicious entrée sized menu items - to $19 for two 30ml glasses of dessert wine well matched with two luscious dessert dishes.
