At Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD, Ramadan is celebrated through Delights of Türkiye, a cross-cultural culinary journey that brings together tradition, flavour, and hospitality in one distinctive programme. Hosted at Sana Sini Restaurant, guests are invited to explore the rich flavours of Turkish cuisine inspired by the Bosphorus region, presented in collaboration with Chef Gökhan Sarıdoğan and Chef Ali Mete Şin from Swissôtel The Bosphorus. The authentic buffet showcases aromatic spices and characterful cooking techniques, highlighting the diversity of Türkiye's gastronomy with Pullman's signature modern touch.

 

Celebrating the richness of Indonesian flavours, Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas presents an array of special Ramadan dishes at Food Exchange. West Sumatran rendang, coto Makassar, Yogyakarta-style lele mangut, Balinese ayam betutu, and spiced kambing guling are complemented by sate maranggi, palembang pempek, grilled seafood selections, and a variety of traditional sambals. Sweet Indonesian favourites such as klepon, lapis legit, kolak, and assorted traditional iced desserts complete a warm and convivial Iftar experience.

 

At Mercure Jakarta Sabang, Lantern in the Dessert at Clovia Restaurant presents a complete Iftar experience featuring an extensive culinary selection, engaging entertainment, and give-aways. Guests can enjoy an Arabic corner with live cooking stations, freshly prepared sand-brewed coffee and teh tarik, teppan specialties, as well as signature meat dishes and thematic menus that rotate daily. The Ramadan atmosphere is further enlivened with dance performances every Saturday, live music every Friday and Sunday, a weekend Ramadan bazaar, and fun weekly activities for children.

 

Mövenpick Surabaya City invites guests on A Journey to Egypt, offering an Iftar buffet featuring more than 120 dishes at Patita Restaurant. The rich flavours of Egyptian cuisine are showcased through aromatic specialties such as spiced lamb kebuli rice, dhal curry, and paratha, creating an authentic and memorable breaking-of-fast experience.

 

In Batam, Grand Mercure Batam Centre presents Ruang Rasa Ramadan at Ambrosia All Day Dining. Kambing guling takes centre stage, featuring tender, spice-infused lamb that is slow-roasted to perfection. The Middle East buffet further elevates the Iftar experience with signature dishes such as mandi rice, lamb tagine, turkish doner chicken, and kabsa, complemented by favourites including beef eggplant moussaka, potato harra, and cauliflower steaks with yogurt, creating a warm and flavourful culinary journey throughout the holy month.
