Christina Grasso joins as General Manager, and Tim Peterson has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage.

Christina brings to Kimpton Margot Sydney a distinguished background in operational leadership, commercial performance, and a people first mindset. Known for leading by example while mentoring high performing teams, elevating guest satisfaction, and shaping environments where service excellence thrives, Christina will lead overall hotel operations.

In a personal full circle moment, Christina shared that as a child she would often visit her father when he worked in the original Sydney Water Board building - now home to one of EVT Connect Hospitality's flagship properties - making this appointment especially meaningful for her.

Tim brings over thirty years' experience in developing elevated dining concepts, refining service experiences, and cultivating high performing F&B teams who take immense pride in their work. Renowned for his creative approach and deep understanding of contemporary culinary trends, he has consistently delivered unique, guest centric dining experiences.
