Valentine's Day Dinner at Sailmaker Restaurant

Hyatt Regency Sydney invites couples to celebrate Valentine's Day with an elegant and thoughtfully curated dining experience at Sailmaker Restaurant, available on 14 February. Designed to be shared, the Valentine's Day set dinner is priced at $120 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $46 per person.

Guests are welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, before enjoying a multi-course menu showcasing seasonal produce and refined flavours. To conclude the evening on a sweet note, diners are invited to indulge in a strawberry and chocolate dessert smorgasbord buffet, created especially for Valentine's Day and designed to be savoured together.
