Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention proudly unveils Jade River Chinese Restaurant, a sophisticated culinary destination where the traditions of Chinese cuisine meet the art of modern hospitality. Inspired by the grace of a flowing river, Jade River offers a journey of flavour, connection, and celebration – the first premium Chinese dining experience of its kind in Bogor.
Stepping into Jade River reveals a space of serene sophistication. The interior draws inspiration from traditional Chinese architecture, expressed through warm wood textures, golden accents, and soft lighting that evoke harmony and prosperity. Designed as an inclusive dining venue, Jade River presents authentic Chinese flavours thoughtfully prepared without the use of pork or lard, inviting every guest to savour its creations with confidence and comfort.

Within the resort's tranquil grounds, Jade River welcomes discerning travellers and local diners alike to discover a symphony of taste and artistry. Every dish is crafted under the direction of Executive Chef Rosi Hendriyanto and Chinese Cuisine Chef Badrus, blending mastery and meaning in each creation. Signature highlights include Stuffed Crispy Ball Mentaiko Shrimp Salad, Double-Boiled Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw, and Braised Eight-Head Abalone and Sea Cucumber in Golden Abalone Sauce. The Roasted Duck with Hoisin Sauce and Beef Rib in Oriental Sauce showcase a balance of tradition and innovation that defines the Pullman dining experience.
Complementing the cuisine is a selection of handcrafted beverages, such as the Jade River Garden (green apple, cucumber, bok choy, celery, lemon juice, and honey), Golden Chrysant Cordial (chrysanthemum tea with lemon cordial), and Mandarin Sunrise (mandarin orange, pineapple, grenadine, and raspberry cordial). Each drink embodies harmony, vitality, and the vibrant spirit of modern oriental dining.
The restaurant features a VIP Room with private karaoke for up to eight guests, a Dining Hall, and an outdoor terrace where the natural scenery enhances every moment. Operating hours are Wednesday to Friday for lunch (11h00 to 15h00) and dinner (18h00 to 22h00). On weekends and public holidays, guests can enjoy Yum Cha, a celebration of tea culture and shared indulgence, from 08h00 to 13h00.
To mark its grand opening, Jade River presents All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Galore from today to 20 December 2025, available Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 08h00 to 14h00. Guests can enjoy an array of dim sum favourites, including Cheung Fun, Lobak Khao, and sweet Chinese desserts, priced at IDR 188,000 nett for adults and IDR 99,000 nett for children aged 5 to 11 years. The offer includes complimentary Chinese tea and a thirty percent discount on signature mocktails during Yum Cha.
