Grand Hyatt Melbourne are turning their famous buffet offering up a notch this December, with a delicious all you can eat spread featuring dishes from the sizzling grill and woodfired oven, fresh seafood and sashimi, festive desserts, a dark chocolate fountain and more.

Perfect for festive gatherings with family, friends or colleagues, the special buffet offerings are available from 4 December 2025, with Festive Lunch Buffets available Thursday and Friday from 12:00pm-2:30pm, and Festive Dinner Buffets Thursday to Saturday from 6:00pm-10:00pm. Special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Buffets are also available and booking up quickly.
