Tom Parker Creamery's super easy Raspberry & Orange Trifle recipe
Ingredients:
Method:
Step 1 - Prepare the base:
Tear or slice the sponge cake/ladyfingers and layer them in a trifle dish or individual glasses. (If you're doing individual glasses why not go for a layered effect and repeat the layers as you would for a lasagne.)
Drizzle with orange juice (or liqueur) to lightly soak.
Step 2 -Add raspberries:
Sprinkle raspberries over the sponge layer. If using frozen ones, let them thaw slightly.
Optionally, mix with 1 tbsp sugar if they are very tart.
Step 3 -Layer the custard:
Pour the custard over the raspberries, spreading it evenly.
Step 4 -Whip the cream:
Whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
Step 5 - Top it off:
Spoon or pipe the whipped cream over the custard layer.
Sprinkle the grated orange zest on top for a fresh citrusy touch.
Top with a fresh raspberry.
Chill & serve:
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tom Parker Creamery Strawberry & White Chocolate Hot Chocolate
Enjoy the sweet, comforting taste of Tom Parker Creamery Strawberries & Cream, but hot!
This dreamy delight features Tom Parker Creamery Strawberries & Cream Flavoured Milk - a creamy blend that's bursting with authentic strawberry flavour - with white chocolate chips for a new take on the classic. The whole family will love it! Makes two servings.
Ingredients:
Method:
Step 1 - In a medium sized saucepan, mix the Tom Parker Creamery Strawberries & Cream Flavoured Milk, Tom Parker Creamery Double Cream and sugar. Slowly warm.
Step 2 - Once the liquid is starting to warm up, stir in the white chocolate chips.
Step 3- While it continues to warm, put the strawberries and one cup of the warm mixture into a blender. Blend until smooth and then pour back into the saucepan.
Step 4 - Warm the liquid through just before boiling.
Step 5 - Pour into mugs and top with your favourite toppings. We love mini marshmallows, more white chocolate chips and strawberries.
Step 6 - Tuck in!
