Queensland's fresh brand campaign 'That Holiday Feeling' is enjoying continued success since launching in April this year, scoring an ARIA Award nomination for 'Best Use of an Australian Recording in an Advertisement', recognising the brand campaign's resonance and creative execution.

The brand campaign's soundtrack, 'Holiday', is a fresh take on an 80s classic that was produced by Tourism and Events Queensland with its creative agency Publicis Worldwide Australia, and features Brisbane-born singer-songwriter Kita Alexander.

The track captures the joy, nostalgia and emotional pull of a Queensland getaway, striking a chord with audiences across the country and in New Zealand.

'That Holiday Feeling' continues to build momentum in market, driving holiday intention and reinforcing Queensland's position as Australia's favourite holiday destination.

Kita Alexander has also been nominated for 'Best Pop Release' for her single 'Press Pause'.

The 2025 ARIA Award winners will be announced on Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
