Human diners can enjoy a relaxed offering from Sotto, now including the famous freshly made Settebello pizzas, to go alongside the 'holy trinity of pasta' (the three staple Roman pasta dishes), a Roman classic, fresh and handmade on site. An impressive range of handmade cocktails, inspired by the owner's love of their homeland, is also available in Sotto. The modern conservatory provides an extension to the seating area and bar, and the retractable roof uncovers the beautiful leafy courtyard within a central Cheltenham location.

All produce is sourced locally in the main and complemented by European ingredients for authenticity and flavour. The family-owned business focuses on using Gloucestershire suppliers to help support local businesses and to minimise its carbon footprint. Certain Italian products are imported where an equivalent quality cannot be sourced locally.
