
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, 13 August 2025 - From Father's Day celebrations and bespoke cocktails to immersive whisky flights and live jazz, this August, Grand Hyatt Melbourne will transform into a refined homage to the “Valley of the Deer.”
Taking place within Collins Kitchen and Ru-Co Bar, whisky lovers and curious first-timers alike will have a rare opportunity to experience Glenfiddich's most celebrated single malts.
Glenfiddich Month at Collins Kitchen:
Step into the spirit of the “Valley of the Deer” at Collins Kitchen - Grand Hyatt Melbourne's signature restaurant. Taking place daily from Wednesday August 13 to Sunday 7 September, an exclusive Glenfiddich cocktail and whisky flight menu will be available. This is a chance to explore some of Glenfiddich's most celebrated single malts in a warm, elegant dining setting.
Glenfiddich Month at Ru-Co Bar:
One of Melbourne's favourite late-night destinations, Ru-Co Bar, will also embrace the “Valley of the Deer” with exclusive Glenfiddich cocktail creations and a curated whisky flight. Featuring some the most highly regarded single malt Scotch whiskies, the Glenfiddich Signature menu will be available Tuesday to Saturday from Wednesday 13 August 2025 until Saturday 6 September.
The experience will be elevated with two nights of live jazz performances by guitarist Paul Jamieson on Wednesday 20 and Wednesday 27 August from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, the perfect backdrop for a night of refined indulgence. No bookings, walk ins only.
Father's Day Buffet Lunch (Sunday 7 September 2025, 12:30pm to 3:00pm):
Make Father's Day extra special with a Succulent Barbecue Buffet at Grand Hyatt Melbourne. One of Melbourne's most highly regarded buffets, this extra special edition will feature some incredible cuts of meat sourced from Victoria & Tasmanian and seasonal produce, expertly prepared over smoke and open flames by the Collins Kitchen team.
This year's Father's Day celebration will be enhanced with the hotel's partnership with Glenfiddich. In addition to a delicious Father's Day buffet, fathers and father-figures can enjoy curated whisky tastings, special gifts and live jazz.
