JING™ has revealed that three of their single garden loose leaf teas have been chosen to pair with the new Chinese Classics menus recently launched by Cathay Pacific, for their Business Class passengers on selected flights between Hong Kong and mainland China. This is another key milestone in a business relationship that spans nearly ten years.
Melanie Tricklebank, CEO of JING™ comments: “We travel the world to responsibly source the highest quality and most remarkable single garden teas directly from tea origins across the globe, with a mission to change how people think about and experience tea. We have worked closely with the team at Cathay Pacific to select teas that pair perfectly with the finest Chinese regional cuisine to offer their premium guests an elevated dining experience. Over the year, Business travellers will be able to enjoy Jasmine Spring Tips tea with their Sichuan menu, Traditional Iron Buddha tea with Fujian food and Phoenix Oolong with Jiangsu dishes.”
Melanie adds: “We are proud to have partnered with Cathay Pacific for almost a decade and have thoroughly enjoyed working with their team to create these new pairings. Our longstanding relationship is a testament to our shared passion for connecting our customers to new people and places and providing exceptional experiences.”
