The designer hotel collection's signature restaurants have once again received the prestigious 'Best of Award of Excellence' and 'Award of Excellence' in the 2025 Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards, the world's leading authority on wine.
The 2025 Restaurant Awards celebrate 24 restaurants across Australia, including seven of those, QT's signature venues.
QT Perth's Santini Bar & Grill and QT Sydney's Gowings stood tall among the competition. The coveted 'Best of Award of Excellence' reflects the brand's relentless dedication to curating exceptional wine lists, tailored to the diverse palates of their discerning guests. The highly regarded awards program has recognised QT Perth's Sorrento-inspired Santini Bar & Grill with this award since 2022. It is once again the only restaurant in the state of Western Australia to be recognised in this year's awards. This year marks Gowings' second year to receive an accolade of this level.
Also holding their accolades from 2024, and receiving the 'Award of Excellence' once again are; Jana Restaurant and Bar at QT Newcastle, Capitol Bar & Grill at QT Canberra, Pascale Bar & Grill at QT Melbourne, Yamagen at QT Gold Coast and Parlour at QT Sydney.

This year, more than 3,800 restaurants that have earned Restaurant Awards more than 80 countries and territories globally. The Restaurant Awards from Wine Spectator are assigned on three levels: the 'Award of Excellence', the 'Best of Award of Excellence' and the 'Grand Award', with 2010; 1,704; and 97 winners this year in each respective category.
