This summer, the award-winning burger legends, The Beefy Boys, are bringing the heat to their hometown of Hereford with a brand-new series of exclusive BBQ Nights, now open to the public for the very first time.
Taking place every Friday throughout June and every Thursday and Friday in July and August at The Beefy Boys' Hereford restaurant, these curated evenings promise serious smoke, flavour and fire, hosted by renowned Pit Master Ashley Tunley of Big Smoke BBQ. Each session is strictly for bookings only.
For just £45 per head, guests will be served an indulgent BBQ platter, piled high with low and slow cooked meats, all of which have been carefully sourced and cooked over 100% Herefordshire wood.
The platter includes a hand-picked selection of meaty highlights such as Smoked Beef Brisket, Bacon Brisket, Hot Honey Burnt Ends, Maple-Brined Turkey, Beef Cheeks, and Hereford Hotlink Sausages.
It doesn't end there, as the slow-cooked meats will be served alongside a selection of drool-worthy sides, including Brisket Pit Beans, Mac 'n' Cheese, Mustard Maple Slaw, Pickles, and Brioche Bread for the ultimate BBQ feast, along with bottomless iced tea.
To elevate the experience, the platter can be paired with a selection of signature drinks, which can be purchased additionally. The menu includes a trio of bold cocktails, such as an eye-catching Bacon Old Fashioned, which has been crafted with The Beefy Boys' own bacon fat-washed bourbon. Guests can also cool down with a Bourbon Berry Julep Slushie or Aunt Kate's Peach Iced Tea, which packs a punch and is laced with both vodka and bourbon. DEYA's Steady Rolling Man Pale Ale and a selection of wines will also be available, alongside the option for bottomless non-alcoholic iced tea, included in the platter price.

“We've been lucky enough to eat our way across the States over the past ten years, and we've visited legendary BBQ hotspots like Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama, where we've experienced authentic BBQ food.
We're bringing the real deal to Hereford, no compromises or shortcuts. Everything we cook will be smoked low and slow over 100% wood – no pellets or electric smokers, and absolutely nothing is reheated. Just proper BBQ food served fresh from the smoker to make it the most authentic experience possible!”
Until now, BBQ nights have been an invite-only experience for mailing list subscribers, all of which have sold out entirely. Now, The Beefy Boys are opening up the fire pit to all, but with limited seats and meat smoked fresh for each night, the newly announced BBQ Nights are set to be one of the hottest tickets in town.
