
Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium, the family-owned premium artisan ice cream maker with a cult-like following for its extraordinary creative flavour combinations, has launched a picture-perfect ice cream sandwich menu.
Handcrafted with precision in their Whitstable kitchen, Phil Harrison, chef founder and creative brains of Bears, has curated a selection of five signature ice cream sandwiches, are designed to bring instant Instagram appeal.
The menu features five flavours, including one plant-based variety:
- Triple Chocolate Salted Caramel
- Lemon Meringue Pie
- Peanut Butter Miso Caramel
- Raspberry Ripple Birthday Cake
- Strawberry and Sprinkles (Plant-Based)
Harrison comments: “Bears is all about bringing joy to our customers. Our ice cream sandwiches add a playful element to our wholesale menu so that cafes and restaurants can uplevel their dessert menus this summer. Nostalgic and Instagrammable, we're predicting they'll be one of this summer's must have treats.”
Multi-award winning, Bears Ice Cream was crowned Producer of the Year 2025, Kent & Medway Food & Drink Awards; Best Local Food & Drink Producer in Kent 2024 by Muddy Stilettos; scooped a gold at the Taste of Kent Awards 2024 and were placed 3rd in the London Heat of the Gelato World Masters competition.
Along with their ice cream sandwiches, they have recently launched their tub ice cream, which is made up of all three medal-winning gourmet flavours, along with seven delicious new flavours.

Ice Cream Sandwiches are priced at £2.05 per sandwich (RRP £4.95) or £24.60 for a case of 12 for wholesale customers. Minimum order of £160 for free delivery.
The range includes seven far- to-tub dairy and three plant-based flavour combinations, available in 4l catering tubs for foodservice (WS £35, RRP per scoop £3.60), 475ml tubs for speciality retailers (WS £5.25, RRP £9.50) and 125ml single serve tubs for cafes and leisure attractions (WS £1.55, RRP £3.95).
