Close to 1,000 industry leaders gathered last Friday at the 22nd annual Hotel Management Awards where Accor's Sydney Olympic Park Pullman and Novotel hotels took home two highly-regarded prizes.

The Pullman's Head Chef Jiun an Lin was awarded Best Hotel Chef, amongst a field of 45+ finalists while Novotel's expansive meetings and events offering was awarded Best Meetings and Conferencing Property – Highly Commended.
