The Delevingne sisters are celebrating four years of Della Vite with a new collection of cocktails, delicious dessert-inspired creations to take festive plans up a notch, regardless if you drink or not. Everything seems better with an endless supply of bubbles, after all.

The last four years have seen the sisters win countless awards, join the jet set with a launch in travel retail, and get listed at top end bars and restaurants such as Ixchel and The Ivy. But what we're passionate about are at-home cocktail creations: glowing up gatherings with friends and elevated  entertaining. This is why we've created four delicious dessert-inspired tipples for 2024 - with a zesty palate cleansing prosecco float thrown in too - to make sure your parties pop.

The DV Sgroppino, DV Sparkling Cosmo, DV Pink 75 and DV Blancmange are easy, elegant creations to take your festive plans to the next level.

In the pink: this is the DV Pink 75

We're all about classics with a twist. The DV Pink 75 means you can show up at 100% at 0%. We've used Seedlip Grove, with it's uplifting notes or lemongrass, orange and lemongrass. The full on flavour makes this the perfect accompaniment to dinner too - it's tasty enough to hold it's own against rich Christmassy flavours, but if you have a favourite non-alcoholic gin you can use this too. 

When to drink: what to drink when you're not drinking

30ml Seedlip Grove or your favourite non-alcoholic gin

20ml fresh lemon juice

50ml Della Vite Zero 

20ml 1:1 sugar syrup (one part water, one part sugar. Heat the water first - don't boil, then add the sugar and allow to cool)

Shake ingredients with ice, and strain into your favourite martini glass. Top with Della Vite Zero  and garnish with skewered juicy raspberries dusted with icing sugar for extra festive vibes.

Carrie's favourite got an upgrade this year. Elevate this classic cocktail with Della Vite DOC Treviso Rosé Prosecco, with hints of fresh rhubarb and wild berries which compliment the zesty vibes from the lime and cranberry.

When to drink: this is a wow welcome drink 

25ml premium vodka

10ml Cointreau

25ml cranberry syrup

10ml fresh lime juice

Shake and strain ingredients, top with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Introducing the DV Blancmange

The DV Blancmange is based on a very traditional dish, Biancomangiare, served at noble banquets during the Renaissance, and has now been given a thoroughly modern twist for your own festive feasts. Post dinner perfection by a roaring fire.

When to drink: after dinner 

25ml cognac

40ml almond milk

10ml maple syrup

1 Maraschino cherry 

25ml Della Vite Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G  

Mix the cognac, almond milk and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker, pour into a tumbler over cubed ice. Top with Della Vite,  and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Say hello the DV Sgroppino

A Prosecco float with finesse, a palate cleanser with panache. This is our version of the Italian dessert. “Sgroppino” is said to derive from the Venetian word “sgropin,” meaning to untie or to loosen. The Sgroppino was a refreshing elixir served at lavish feasts to untie the stomach, ensuring diners left feeling light and refreshed. We'll be serving this just as the party is about to get started again.

When to drink: after dinner 

1 scoop of lemon sorbet

1 destoned fresh cherry 

20ml raspberry & lemon cordial (we like Belvoir)

75ml Della Vite Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G  

Add one scoop of sorbet to a martini glass, top with Della Vite, garnish with a lush fresh cherry and dribble over some cordial. 

Della Vite Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G | RRP £21.50 | 750ml | 11.5 ABV | Vegan

Rich and extra-dry with a highly mineral palate that lingers, the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G is characterised by hints of crostini and chamomile. The palate is clean and bright with a mix of gooseberry and date notes within small, creamy bubbles. Perfect for mixing in cocktails. The liquid is fermented for 60 days - normally Prosecco is fermented for 30 days - Della Vite doubles the length of this process for 60, making for a smoother liquid with a long finish. 11.5% ABV. Give friendmas some fizz.
