ROJI CAT BEER BAR – MIAMI  

Inspired by Tokyo's vibrant alleyways, Roji Cat Beer Bar combines Japanese traditions with Gold Coast nightlife. The brewery is a welcomed addition to Miami's vibrant, walkable neighbourhood, offering a lively destination with rotating specialty beers, unique cocktails, delicious food and a fun ambiance. Led by head brewer Satoshi Tamura, the brewery offers 12 house-made brews and a sake bar with 24 varieties. Inspired by the narrow alleyways of Tokyo, the venue's cozy design recreates the vibrant atmosphere of Tokyo's backstreets. The brewery also offers an intimate karaoke room and a dart machine room, adding a fun and interactive element to the brewery experience.

LULU ROOFTOP BAR – SURFERS PARADISE

Boasting incredible views of the Surfers Paradise skyline, the vibrant new Lulu Rooftop & Bar will be the hottest new destination for long lunches, weekend drinks and sunny brunch sessions this Summer. Blending Miami's electric Art Deco vibe with the tropical charm of the Gold Coast, the venue incorporates a large indoor bar and dancefloor, accommodating 140 guests alongside a sprawling open-air rooftop with capacity for 210 guests. Lulu brings guests live entertainment from Thursday through to Sunday, a cocktail centric drinks menu, and a food menu that draws inspiration from a global mix of beachside classics that celebrate fresh and seasonal ingredients.
