etch. by Steven Edwards will be offering even better value during the OctoberBest Restaurant Festival this year. The multi-award winning restaurant, run by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards, will be offering a five course menu priced at just £35 from Saturday 12th - 27th October 2024.
It is the eighth year of the festival, which was founded by local food writers and authors Andy Lynes and Patrick McGuigan. The festival follows the Brighton's Best Restaurants Awards which were founded in 2015 to bring attention to the city's dynamic independent restaurant scene.
etch. by Steven Edwards has won many accolades since it opened in 2017 and was ranked 35th in last year's Harden's Guide Top 500, which featured eight Brighton & Hove restaurants in total.
Steven says, “It's fantastic being part of such a dynamic and supportive restaurant scene and I really appreciate all the work that goes into making the awards and the festival happen. OctoberBest is a great way to demonstrate the diversity of what's on offer and with such great value menus it's the perfect opportunity to try somewhere you haven't been before. I look forward to seeing some new faces at etch. next month and trying out a few new places myself.”
The OctoberBest menu at etch. by Steven Edwards, priced at £35 includes the following five courses:
Soup of the day
Sea bream & globe artichoke
Duck egg & nasturtium
Beef & kohlrabi
