This soft and creamy spread is expertly crafted from organic, fermented cashews, and swirled together with garlic, sea salt, black pepper – and the all-important chopped chives and shallots. A semi-soft, fermented plant based cheeze with a velvety texture made with cashews, Vadasz Kimchi brine and fiery red chilli flakes. The velvety texture of this cheeze makes it simply irresistible. For that extra kick, fiery red chillies add a spicy twist to every bite.
The base is made with simple ingredients; cashews (soaked in filtered water), cabbage, carrots, spring onion, sea salt, coconut milk, and the gut friendly juice of Vadasz Kimchi. Palace Culture Mouldy Goaty (100g): Cashew and almond based semi-soft cheeze reminiscent of a creamy soft goat cheese or brie, with a clean and tangy feel and extremely soft and creamy texture. This artisan cheeze contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.
Perfect served with crackers, fruit and or chutney, a delicious plant based alternative to semi-soft cheese, that won't disappoint. This cheeze comes in a recyclable cardboard exterior and interior biodegradable wrap made from vegetables.
