The first instalment in the unearthed® series brings the Mediterranean to Divertimenti with award-winning cookbook author, food stylist and presenter Jo Pratt sharing recipes from her 'Flexible Family' cookbook including: Mediterranean Baked Peppers served with a selection of unearthed® olives and French charcuterie. 

Jo's latest series of 'flexible' cookbooks very much focusses on offering flexible and practical recipe solutions that fit around the demands and challenges of modern life including dietary requirements or lifestyle choices. UNEARTHED® SERIES: 'CUCINA DEL VENETO' COOKBOOK SIGNING AND DEMO WITH URSULA FERRIGNO

When: July 11th, 6pm-8pm

In the second instalment of the unearthed® series, Ursula Ferrigno will be transporting your taste buds to the Veneto through evocative recipes from her latest book Cucina del Veneto. Included in the demonstration will be Roasted Pepper & Tuna Cicchetti with unearthed® Rosemary & Black Pepper Olives and unearthed® Prosciutto with Fresh Figs & Mozzarella Cicchetti. 

Ursula has taught at leading cookery schools in both the UK and Italy and authored more than 25 cookery books. Cucina del Veneto will be available for purchase and signing on the day of the event and guests will receive a complimentary range of unearthed® products to enjoy at home.

Last in the unearthed® series, learn how to make authentic Andalucian food with María José Sevilla.Celebrating popular food and ingredients from the area, María José and her son Daniel will demonstrate delicious dishes from her cookbook Cocina de Andalucía (Ryland Peters & Small) including Fried Quail Egg & unearthed® Serrano Ham on Mini Toasts, Potato omelette with caramelized onion, Chupito de remolacha y fresas, Pan fried Scallops with cauliflower cream and spicy mayo, unearthedⓇ Spanish Cooking Chorizo in Oloroso Sherry.
