Egremont Premium Reserve Rum
A fragrant, medium bodied rum that is complex yet accessible, Egremont is superb enjoyed neat, over ice or as part of a classic rum cocktail. A premium sipping rum, it's a blend of four cask aged rums hand picked from across the Caribbean and Central America and gently paired with pure soft spring water from the hills of Dartmoor.  Filtered by layer upon layer of ancient granite, Dartmoor spring water balances the alcoholic strength of the base rums to a more accessible level, giving Hattiers Rums a long and creamy finish.   £42.00, 40% ABV, 70 cl.

Eminence Blended Aged White Rum
Perfect enjoyed either neat, with a mixer or in cocktails such as a Daiquiri or Mojito, Eminence has light and attractive soft fruit notes and a vanilla pod, creamy fudge and ripe pineapple aroma. Crafted using cask rums from Barbados, Australia, Trinidad and Jamaica, this smooth, light-medium bodied, dry blended aged white rum has a great depth of flavour and character.  With a fruity but not sweet taste, it enjoys a gentle nutty pineapple aftertaste and long cream finish and has been carefully carbon filtered to remove the colour while maintaining the impact of the barrel.   .  £37.50, 42% ABV, 70cl.

Resolute Navy Strength Rum
A blended aged navy strength rum, made using rums from Barbados, Australia, Guyana and Jamaica,  Hattiers' Resolute Navy Strength Rum has a toasted brown sugar and charred oak aroma followed by warm banana.  On the palate it has an intensity of fruit with pineapple, apple, banana, mango and a buttery pastry taste with darker notes of liquorice which linger.  Wafts of coal smoke drift in on the finish, with a dominance of banana cream.  £56.00, 54.5% ABV, 70cl.

About Hattiers Rum:

Established in 2017 with a dedication to quality, authenticity, and sustainability at its core, Hattiers Rum is the brainchild of Philip Everett-Lyons and came to life after Philip and his wife moved back home to the beautiful South Hams in Devon.  After a chat with a friend in a local pub one evening about importing a barrel of rum, then selling a few bottles to cover the cost, Philip quickly saw there was an opportunity for rums that weren't a single estate and were perfect for people coming to rum for the first time.  And so, Hattiers Rum was born.
