10th April 2024, London, UK - Amid the ongoing cost of living crisis, el Tab, the innovative London nightlife app, has announced a simpler, flat-fee subscription model of £24.99 a month, to enable Londoners to still enjoy affordable nights out in the city.  

The new model, which replaces its original tiered version, means that all members can now enjoy four free drinks nightly, along with a host of additional deals, across an expansive network of over 300 premier London bars and venues.

In a city where nightlife costs can quickly accumulate, el Tab offers a way for Londoners to continue enjoying their evenings out without compromising on quality or experience.  

For a member who enjoys just one bar tab a week (out of the 20+ venues on offer across the week), the app promises a minimum monthly saving of £150.

However, for some tabbers, like Javier Cano, an el Tab member since 2023, their savings have been much higher, into the thousands.

The new flat-fee set-up ensures all members get the same premium experience, including access to high-demand venues like Madison and Sabine Rooftops, and a variety of daily discount perks including daily discounts.

How el Tab works 

Launched in October 2021, el Tab encourages Londoners to discover new venues and enjoy the city's vibrant bar scene by allocating bar tabs of between £750 and £1,500 at multiple venues each night of the week. Subscribed members are then notified of the location of the bar tabs via the app. Once at the bar, they can redeem up to four free drinks until the tabs run dry. 

The venues change nightly across the month from a roster of more than 300 bars in London’s central zones 1 and 2, to tailor for something for different tastes. For example, new venues participating in April include Ester The Roxy Two More Years and Gibney's
