Executive Chef Sam Moore and the team from Atelier by Sofitel today launched their new Autumn menu for Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour's signature restaurant.
“With a commitment to suitability and supporting our community's famers and artisans, our team of chefs have curated a menu that pays homage to the rich flavours and seasonal delights of autumn said Sam Moore, Executive Chef. “From earthy root vegetables and mushrooms, to local fresh fish and cuts, along with a few of our perennial favourites, this menu is a true reflection of the season.'
Winner of two AGFG Chef Hats in 2023 and 2024, Atelier by Sofitel offers a modern twist on classic French cuisine. This Autumn guests can indulge in entrées including Thorn Cru en Carpaccio with Ulladulla blue fin tuna, avocado, radish and cucumber or Apple Braised Butternut Squash with butternut squash velute, pepitas and thyme.
For mains, the team presents exquisite dishes including our signature Dry-aged Duck Breast with butter roasted pear, fennel jam and duck jus; or Salt baked Grima's Farm Beetroot with Camargue black rice, macadamia and vegan feta.
And from the kitchen of Executive Pastry Chef Ian Burch, an array of amazing desserts including Raspberry and Pistachio white chocolate cheesecake.
