Rosé Millesimato 2021 is an extra-dry blend is a blend of Pinot Nero grapes Della Vite's signature Glera. Extra-Dry, this Prosecco Rosé is elegant, pale coral pink in colour with an aromatic nose of freshly crushed wild berries and rhubarb. A bright, clean palate with delicate fruit flavours balanced by a creamy texture and fine bubbles, leading to     long, smooth finish thanks to the extra long fermentation process of 90 days. 11.5% ABV.

Cocktail serving suggestion: 

Rose Bloom Spritz 

Add 25ml Salcombe Rose Gin to a tumbler, and top with equal parts Della Vite Prosecco Rosé and Peach & Jasmine Soda Water. Garnish with a raspberry.
