From the CBD farms of the Emerald Triangle, California to the austere halls of Trinity College, Dublin, Eoin Keenan has been immersed in the world of hemp for the best part of a decade, from the academic side to the authenticity of real life farms run by self-confessed 'outlaws' in the West of the US. Eoin wrote one of his first Uni papers on 'International Cannabis Policy', calling for legal and social reform and proper research funding.
